NEC is showcasing its new range of facial recognition technology at the Global Security Asia exhibition in Singapore, including a facial recognition system with live video security intelligence. However Sunny Ho, Regional Sales Director, admitted that the new technology is not “foolproof”.
The technology works by recognising facial features such as the eyes, nose and mouth.
